  Well, he's wrong there. There are many reasons. Religious, sexual and racial bigotry. Greed. Theft. Idiocy. Treason. GOP/Teabaggers. Fox "News". Right-wing hate radio. NRA (gun nuts). NRA (Restaurant lobbying thieves). To name just a few.
