Societal Pressures, Groupthink, and Individualism

I had an idea for a longer, more in depth post on this topic (or something close to it) back when I started the blog. I alluded to it, then let it go by. It's what I do...

 And here we go. An article that comes quite a ways along in proclaiming what I had in mind back then.

I'm not letting this stand on its own as the finale on what I had in mind. I think I may have wanted to go a bit further. Maybe not. But this article seems to have what I had in mind:
