HELP! Tech savvy readers needed for repairs!

I don't know if you've noticed, but there is some sort of mish-mash of script running all over the blog, and I don't know how that happened, or what to do about it. Any ideas?

And still not getting the comments to work the way I envision. Thank you all for  your forbearance.
