Rotating Suziema's Tires: Sunday

We went to the Garden Cafe in Mill Creek Park, but couldn't get in. Sunday brunch is a zoo there all the time from what we hear. So we wandered downtown and had a nice bison burger at O'Donold's then realized it was Vex Fest. As we walked toward the festival we heard my buddy Demos Papadimas playing! We caught the last bit of his act and got the chance to chat briefly with his dad. His band sounds great. As soon as they were done, the other stage went live with Damian Knapp. It was like old home week. (We could have checked the schedule and known but we're not that bright..). Sorry to have missed Paco's band, but that would have been 11PM, and too late for these old farts.

Suziema was getting stiff standing, so we had to move on and walked up to the Butler. Did a quick, cultural turn through the museum, and walked back downtown to drive home. Stopped for groceries, I'm pissing around on the web, and doing laundry. She's whooped. I'm whooped. And that's all I'm going to say about that...
