  That the FBI was responsible for over 150 fatal shootings over the past 20 years, and they were exonerated in %100 of them? How? The investigations into the shootings were conducted by the investigative arm of the Department of Justice, which just happens to be...wait for it... the FBI. This according to tonight's Rachel Maddow Show.
